NexServ Realty is an operations services company headquartered in Rabat, Morocco, providing remote property management operations to agencies in the United States and Canada. For the purposes of data protection law we act as a data processor on behalf of our clients, and as a data controller for information you submit directly to us through this website.
From this website: the information you enter into our contact and careers forms — name, email, phone, company, role, portfolio details, and anything you write in a free-text field.
From client engagements: tenant, owner, vendor, and property records that our clients give us access to in order to perform the services they have engaged us for.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.
Website form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry or assess your job application. Client data is used only to perform the contracted services, under the instructions of the client who controls it.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Access to client systems is role-based and provisioned at the minimum level required for the work. Every specialist signs a binding confidentiality agreement before receiving access. Connections are encrypted, data is not stored on local machines, and access is revoked when a team member rotates off an account.
Actions taken inside client systems are logged, so there is an auditable record of who did what and when.
Enquiry submissions are retained for up to 24 months. Job applications are retained for up to 12 months unless you ask us to remove them sooner. Client data is retained according to the terms of the relevant services agreement and deleted or returned when that agreement ends.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to processing or request portability.
To exercise any of these, email office@nexservrealty.com. We will respond within 30 days. If your request concerns data we process on behalf of a client, we will forward it to that client and support their response.
Our team operates from Morocco and processes data belonging to clients in the United States and Canada. Where required, transfers are governed by the data protection terms in our services agreements with those clients.
If we change this policy materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects an active engagement, notify the client directly.
